Bosphore C. difficile Detection Kit v2 is a Real-Time PCR kit for in vitro diagnostics that detects and characterizes the toxin A (tcdA) and toxin B (tcdB) genes of Clostridium difficile (C. difficile) from human stool samples. Fluorescence detection is performed using FAM, HEX, and Cy5 filters.
Internal control has been integrated into the kit to check DNA extraction, PCR inhibition, or application problems. The amplification data of the internal control is detected with the Cy5 filter. The internal control can be added either during DNA extraction or the PCR step.

Bosphore TTV Detection Kit v2 detects and characterizes the Torque Teno Virus encompassing all subtypes in human plasma and serum samples.
