
Anatolia Geneworks was honored with the “Women-Empowered Boards in Newly Listed Companies” award at the 10th Women Directors Conference in Türkiye, organized by the “30% Club Türkiye” under the leadership of Sabancı University. During the conference themed “The Future of Boards and the Role of Women,” hosted by the Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum, the vital importance of female leadership and participation in the business world was emphasized.
At the ceremony held on November 29th at The Marmara Taksim Hotel, Anatolia Geneworks Vice Chairperson and R&D Director Dr. Elif Akyüz attended to receive the award, while Anatolia Geneworks Chairperson Alper Akyüz also took his place among the guests.
The Only Turkish Company with a Board of 80% Women and 37% Female Workforce
In her speech at the ceremony, Anatolia Geneworks Vice Chairperson and R&D Director Dr. Elif Akyüz stated:
“We are proud that at Anatolia, both on our board and throughout our entire team, the contributions of successful, intelligent, and determined women, who have proven their competence and earned their positions through hard work, are immense. We congratulate and thank them all.
