Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common infections affecting different parts of the urinary system and may lead to serious complications if not appropriately treated. The presence of multiple causative agents with overlapping clinical symptoms makes rapid and reliable pathogen identification essential for effective patient management. Bosphore Urinary Tract Infections Pathogens Panel Kits enable the simultaneous Real-Time PCR–based detection of common bacterial and fungal pathogens associated with urinary tract infections in human urine samples. Selected kits also allow concurrent detection of clinically relevant antibiotic resistance genes within the same assay, supporting diagnostic accuracy and informed antimicrobial therapy decisions.
