Real-Time PCR Kits
Joint Infections Pathogens Panel
Joint infections arise from bacterial or fungal invasion of the joint space and may lead to serious complications such as functional loss and chronic pain if not diagnosed in a timely manner. These infections, including those associated with prosthetic joints, have complex and varied etiologies that require rapid and accurate identification to support appropriate treatment decisions. Bosphore Joint Infections Pathogens Kits enable the simultaneous Real-Time PCR–based detection of common bacterial and fungal pathogens in human synovial fluid samples; selected kits also allow concurrent detection of clinically relevant antibiotic resistance genes, providing comprehensive and reliable diagnostic support for clinical laboratories.
