Bosphore Viral GI Panel Kit v1 is an in vitro diagnostic Real-Time PCR kit that detects and characterizes the NSP3 gene of Rotavirus and the ORF1-ORF2 junction region genes of Norovirus GI and Norovirus GII in human stool samples. Fluorescence detection is performed using FAM, HEX, Texas RED, and Cy5 filters.
In PCR Master Mix 1, Rotavirus RNA is amplified, and fluorescence detection is performed using the Cy5 filter.
In PCR Master Mix 2, Norovirus GI RNA is amplified, and fluorescence detection is performed using the FAM filter, Norovirus GII RNA is amplified, and fluorescence detection is performed using the HEX filter.
